Course access depends on the validity period specified on the respective course page at the time of purchase.
Course format varies by programme. Individual course pages specify whether the programme includes live classes, recorded lectures or a combination of both.
Study material, PDFs, notes, tests and other resources depend on the specific programme and will be mentioned in the respective course details.
You may access your account from your personal devices, subject to applicable technical and security restrictions. Unusual or simultaneous access may result in security verification.
No. Course access is personal to the enrolled learner. Sharing, selling, transferring or commercially distributing account access is prohibited.
Downloadable material will be available only where the particular course permits downloading. Downloaded material remains subject to Samjho Civils' copyright and usage restrictions.
No. Paid course content is provided for personal educational use and must not be copied, uploaded, distributed, sold or shared with others.
Unless expressly permitted by Samjho Civils, recording, reproducing or redistributing live classes is not permitted.
Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and other options supported by our payment partners.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Samjho Civils Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund requests may generally be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase.
An approved refund request submitted within the eligible 3-day period will generally receive a 70% refund of the amount paid, with 30% retained towards applicable costs.
No refund will ordinarily be provided after the expiry of 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law.
The refund period is calculated from the date of purchase and does not depend on when you first access or use the course.
No. Course fees are charged for educational services and access to the programme. Samjho Civils does not guarantee examination qualification, rank, marks or selection.
If Samjho Civils cancels or permanently discontinues a programme, an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances and applicable terms.
Batch or course transfers may be permitted for certain programmes, subject to availability, applicable terms and approval by Samjho Civils.
If recordings are included in your programme, the relevant recording may be made available according to the course structure. Missing a class does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Personal mentorship is available only under programmes or services that specifically include or offer mentorship. The scope and duration will depend on the selected programme.
