Samjho Civils is committed to maintaining transparency in its course enrolment and refund process. We encourage all learners to carefully review the course details, including syllabus, duration, faculty, course structure, features, validity and inclusions, before making a purchase. By purchasing any course, programme, test series, mentorship programme or other educational service from Samjho Civils, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. Refund Amount
Approved refund requests submitted within the eligible period will receive a 70% refund of the amount paid.
3. Retention of 30%
The remaining 30% of the amount paid will be retained towards administrative, processing, platform and other applicable costs.
4. Refund After 3 Days
No refund will ordinarily be provided after the expiry of 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.
5. Refund Period Calculation
The refund period is calculated from the date of purchase, and does not restart based on the date of first course access, attendance or usage.
6. Review Before Purchase
Learners are advised to carefully review the course syllabus, duration, faculty, features, validity, inclusions and applicable fees before completing their purchase.
7. Non-Attendance or Non-Usage
Failure to attend classes, watch lectures, access study material, participate in tests or otherwise utilise the course does not extend the refund period.
8. Duplicate or Failed Payments
Duplicate payments and payment-related issues will be reviewed after verification of the relevant transaction details, and appropriate action will be taken accordingly.
9. Cancellation by Samjho Civils
If Samjho Civils cancels or permanently discontinues a programme, an appropriate alternative arrangement or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances and applicable terms.
10. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
